Project Goal
This tool is designed for sales team leads to prioritize accounts for the whole team and individual sales representatives. Users are able to view team portfolios at a glance, and adjust the weightings of metrics to customize account priorities.
This tool is designed for sales team leads to prioritize accounts for the whole team and individual sales representatives. Users are able to view team portfolios at a glance, and adjust the weightings of metrics to customize account priorities.
The team portfolio is presented as a simple table, which allows sales team leads scan team members' data. Sales team leads can also use the tabs to quickly browse through each team.
The top accounts' scores are displayed by stacked bar charts, so that users can view the total scores and the composition at the same time. They are also able to highlight one factor at a time.
Sales team leads can use the adjustment tool to customize the weighting of each factor that contributes to the final scores.
